Veteran wireless executive brings 25+ years of telecom and channel leadership to expand NUU’s enterprise and carrier ecosystem.
NUU, a leading provider of affordable, enterprise-ready mobile devices, today announced the appointment of Mike Fleming as Vice President of Strategic Development for NUU for Business. In this role, Fleming will lead the company’s strategic initiatives to expand its presence across enterprise, carrier, and channel ecosystems throughout North America.
Fleming joins NUU with more than 25 years of experience in the wireless industry, with a proven track record of driving growth through channel partnerships, distribution strategy, and enterprise mobility solutions. His leadership will be instrumental in strengthening NUU’s go-to-market strategy and deepening relationships with distributors, value-added resellers (VARs), and mobility solution providers.
“Mike brings a unique combination of strategic vision and hands-on channel execution that is critical to our next phase of growth,” said John Murtha, Chief Sales Officer at NUU. “His deep understanding of the mobility landscape and his long-standing relationships across the channel will help us scale faster and more effectively. We’re thrilled to have him on board.”
As enterprises increasingly seek cost-effective alternatives to traditional Tier 1 OEMs, NUU has positioned itself as a compelling option—delivering high-performance Android devices with a strong value proposition. Fleming’s charter will focus on amplifying this message and building scalable programs that enable partners to drive profitability and differentiation.
“NUU is at a pivotal moment, and Mike’s leadership will help unlock significant opportunities across the business channel,” said Danny Sit, CEO of NUU. “His expertise in aligning OEM strategy with channel execution will be a key driver in elevating our brand and expanding our reach in enterprise markets. We’re excited about the impact he will make.”
Fleming’s appointment underscores NUU’s continued investment in its business division, NUU for Business, which focuses on delivering tailored mobility solutions for Carriers and Enterprise industries such as healthcare, transportation, logistics, and field services. His experience in bundling devices with MDM, SaaS platforms, and services will further enhance NUU’s ability to deliver end-to-end solutions for enterprise customers.
“I’m incredibly excited to join NUU at such a transformative time,” said Fleming. “There is a clear opportunity in the market for a partner that delivers both performance and affordability at scale. I look forward to working closely with our channel partners to build innovative, profitable solutions that meet the evolving needs of consumers and enterprise customers.”
